My order hasn’t been shipped yet

If you haven’t received a tracking number within 24 hours of placing your order, please don’t worry. Sometimes it may take a little longer due to processing or high order volumes. If 24 hours have passed and you still haven’t received your tracking details, please contact us directly at info@arvello-london.com and we will check the status of your shipment right away.

 


 

My tracking number is not working or updating

If your tracking number is not working yet, please keep in mind that tracking information can take 2–5 business days to update once the package has been processed by the carrier. This is completely normal. If more than 5 business days have passed and there is still no update, reach out to us at info@arvello-london.com and our support team will investigate the situation for you.

 


 

I can’t find the order instructions

If you haven’t received the order confirmation email with instructions, please make sure to check your Spam / Promotions folder — sometimes emails might end up there. If you still can’t find it, contact us at info@arvello-london.com and we will resend all the necessary order details to you right away.

 


 

Refunds information

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the day your order is delivered. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method.
